The CSI CEO meeting in 2011 approved and endorsed the appointment of a new Senior Advisory Group. Membership of this group has been drawn from internationally recognized experts, with different and complementary background, representing key stakeholder groups and geographical regions. Its main function is to advise CSI on its strategy and worldwide, multi-disciplinary issues.
Serving members of Senior Advisory Group are:
- Mr. Claude Mandil, former Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA) (Chairman)
- Mr. Florian Barth, Chair of US Green Concrete Council, Vice Chair of Concrete Joint Sustainability Initiative, Former President of American Concrete Institute
- Mr. Christian Brodhag, Director of Research at the École des Mines de Saint-Etienne, France
- Mr. Fabio Feldmann, Former Executive Secretary, Paulista Forum on Global Climate Change and Biodiversity, Latin America
- Dr. William (Bill) Jackson, Chief Executive of Parks Victoria in Australia and former Deputy Director General of International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)
- Dr. Leena Srivastava, Vice Chancellor, TERI University and Hony. Executive Director (Operations), TERI
- Prof. Zhenjun Zuo, a senior engineer and Deputy Director of Metallurgical and Building Materials Department, China International Engineering Consulting Corporation, China
